We are bound to traditions and genuineness of the products. Therefore the harvest is done entirely by hand.
When the time is right, the grapes are carefully selected and placed in boxes. Thanks to the presence of fruit trees and roses among the rows, our wine acquires a unique flavor.
The production volumes are willingly reduced to facilitate the assimilation of organic substances in each single bunch and optimize the quality and the taste of the wine.
