Our specialty: Asado combined with a mix of grilled meats, cooked on a big fire.
During summer you’ll have the chance to see our open-air big barbeque, where we cook lamb, pork and beef in the manner of Argentinean gauchos. A very good Asado is obtained with expertise and a very long cooking time. Big skewers, tilted 20 degrees, cook slowly from dawn to noon.
The same care is put in the selection and preparation of  vegetables, some of which are grown in our own garden. But most of all we are proud of our wines, produced with passion and according to ancient tradition in our “Tenuta Gaiano”.
